Lead capture allows the chatbot to collect visitor names and email addresses during a conversation. This is useful for following up on sales inquiries.
When the chatbot detects a buying intent or the visitor asks a question the bot cannot fully answer, it prompts the visitor for their name and email. The lead is stored in Aimanix > Conversations and emailed to the notification address.
Go to Aimanix > Conversations to see all captured leads. You can filter by date, product, and status.
Business and Developer plan users can export leads as CSV from the Conversations tab. You can also send leads to a CRM via the webhook integration in Settings > Advanced.
The plugin includes a GDPR consent checkbox in the lead form. You can customize the consent text in Settings. All lead data can be deleted via the WordPress Privacy tools (Tools > Erase Personal Data).
