The AI chatbot answers questions using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. This means it searches your own indexed content first, then generates a grounded answer. Without indexed content, the bot has nothing to search.
By default, the plugin indexes:
You can adjust which post types are indexed in Settings > Advanced > Post Types.
When you publish or update a post or product, it is automatically queued for re-indexing. There is no need to manually re-index after content changes.
To start fresh, go to Aimanix > Overview and click Clear Index. This removes all indexed chunks. You will need to re-run indexing after clearing.
