WooCommerce Integration & Revenue Attribution

Overview

Aimanix AI Sales Assistant integrates deeply with WooCommerce to let the chatbot answer product questions, add items to cart, and track which conversations lead to sales.

Enabling WooCommerce Features

WooCommerce integration is automatic when WooCommerce is installed and active. No extra configuration is needed to start indexing products.

Product Indexing

The plugin indexes all published WooCommerce products including: title, description, price, categories, tags, and attributes. Products are re-indexed automatically whenever you save changes.

Add to Cart via Chat

Customers can add products to their cart directly from the chat widget. When the bot recommends a product, it shows an Add to Cart button. This feature is available on Personal plan and above.

Revenue Attribution

The plugin tracks which chat conversations influenced purchases. Go to Aimanix > Overview to see:

  • Total revenue attributed to chat conversations
  • Conversion rate from chat to purchase
  • Which products were discussed before purchase
  • Top converting conversations

Revenue attribution is available on Personal plan and above.

Order Tracking

Customers can ask the chatbot about their order status. The bot will look up the order using the email address provided in the chat.

Cart Abandonment Recovery

Enable exit intent in Settings to show the widget when a customer is about to leave a product page. The bot can offer assistance or a discount to recover the sale.
